Choices tell us and the world around us about what we value. In your daily activities, have you created space for making choices that honor you, that help you on your path?

I invite you to sit back, review your choices over the last few days and reflect on what they tell the external world about what you value. Are your choices offering you joy? Are your choices a reflection of the real you? Taking some time to conduct a brief audit of your choices can be a powerful way to assess how your choices are helping you or obstructing you from leading your ideal life.
