What self care?
Today I invite you to create space on your “doing” list for a little self care. Perhaps you offer yourself a 15 minute time to sit quietly and to breathe, or make an appointment for some bodywork, a walk at lunch, or lunch with yourself. The only requirement for this date on your calendar is that it nurtures you and restores your energy level.
